Jonathan likes puppy chow but prefers steak. For peeing, fire hydrants and birch trees are his favorite.

”While he waits to walk around, Jonathan often has a toy in his mouth or in his paws. Against Tennessee last week, he was given a large bone to munch on along with a Lady Vols’ mascot chew toy. The stuffed Smokey was a gift from a friend of the advisers, but it sat waiting to be used until the series resumed after a decade-plus hiatus. He has also had a Temple owl, a Baylor bear and an orange ball to represent Syracuse. The school’s mascot, Otto the Orange, is the only one Jonathan has barked at; he was understandably a little freaked out by the idea of a large orange ball with legs.”
