I can't deny, this is too cute.

I thought Jonathan had some socialization issues. Is this a new Jonathan?
We're big Jonathan fans. My wife primarily watches the games because of him. I think he got over those social issues. He no longer wears the harness that he had as a puppy and seems to have a lot of videos playing with new people. Seems like a good mascot.

Jonathan and Blue have been friends for a few years (per their socials). Blue, however, nipped at Andy Katz earlier this season. He's like Warren from Something About Mary where you can't touch his head (ears for Warren).

Think a lot of Huskies do. I was trying to convince my wife to get a Husky bc we are in the market for a new pup, but she says they’re not great family dogs and is against it. So I’m looking for a new wife…

Blue must nip at many people. Most people try to scratch a dog’s head when they meet.

I have a soft spot for a dog named Blue. I had a great dog who had one blue eye and one brown like Mad Max.

Huskies are good looking dogs, but I actually agree with your wife on this. And they also run away. I don't have a dog for various reasons, but if I get one someday, it will be a mutt.

Huskies are awful family dogs. Their energy levels are off the charts.

I had two Huskies growing up (Which led me to become a UConn fan actually) and they were amazing dogs, but yes super high energy. They were great with all people, but certainly loved to run. Electric Fences were no match for them.

Before the Butler game at Hinkle last year I was out getting coffee and had my bulldog with me. There was a husky in the coffee shop that got pretty anxious around my dog, had a completely absentee owner, and started antagonizing Lola - who is usually totally unbothered by other dogs - until she puffed out her chest a little bit and snapped at her. The husky immediately cowered behind its owner and I drove home in a state of panic that they were going to get blown out. You cannot overstate my wife's eye-roll when I told her why I was nervous.

I’m in the same boat. My dad, whom I didn’t live with at the time, had a Husky with 2 young kids and they all were fine. But he definitely was a little tough, he’d run away constantly and do whatever he wanted, plus he’d shed like nuts.

I loved that dog, and I’ve begged my wife for a Husky, but I begrudgingly admit she may be right. It’s not the best idea.
