How would he do if he were alive and coaching today?

I have read that he strictly played man to man, and rarely used more than 6 or 7 players in a game.

Good coaches are good coaches.

But he wouldn't have all the best players delivered to his front door and he would have to do more than win two home games to make the Final Four.

Wooden and a guy like Auriemma, got a lot of the best talent and had the ability to have great players play as a team. Lots of coaches get considerable talent but don’t quite get the egos out of the way. And like Auriemma, his teams played very good D. So I think he would be successful if not as dominant.

Also the pervasiveness of highly skilled players and great, high-level coaching a completely different paradigm.
Again not to say he wouldn't be an elite coach, but (as painful as it is to say) I'm not sure you can do more than say a Coach K does in today's game.
