great piece

"Still, when winning becomes habitual, complaining often becomes instinctual. "

and

"Still, remember this: Since LSU defeated UConn 73-50 in the 2007 Elite Eight, the Huskies have played 272 games, lost just 14 and only two by more than 10 points — Stanford's 71-59 win ending the 90-game winning streak in 2010 and Notre Dame's 72-59 win Feb. 27, 2012."

and my personal favorite

"But calm down. It's only November."

Agreed Rady, some good lines, but at least half of the article talked about not losing back to back games in like a billion years. If we were playing ND next, I might be worried about that. Creighton? Not so much...

a well planned schedule....or a fortuitous one...although..the folks who get the game after a loss....hmmmmmm.....that might have been fun

I can dream, can't I?

WTF?! Does the Courant think it's 1999 again ? Why am I registering for an online newspaper article ?!
