Talked about how season's tickets are up from last year and the year before so far. Still, a long way to go, but it is improving.

Also talked about adding Wichita State and how schools need to have traveling partners as they did while he was at Arizona St.

He also talked about how he talks to those who graduate or transfer out of the program. How he needed to meet with a couple of others who were leaving the program. Interesting that he talks to those leaving not only by graduation but transferring to another school.,

He also mentioned they are looking at options for utilizing the concourse area under the scoreboard for developing unique fan game watching options (he mentioned cabanas but nothing is concrete enough to share in detail).

Successful organizations integrate exit interviews in to their overall sustainment plans. Anyone voluntarily leaving gets a say.
