JOB SUMMARY
The University of Connecticut is accepting applications and nominations for the full-time position of Recruiting Engagement Coordinator.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage in collaboration with the Director of On-Campus Recruiting all recruiting activities and operations; assist in the management all NCAA compliance forms for official and unofficial visits, provide a vision and execute the overall plan for official and unofficial visits; provide support for practice visitor and game visitor preparation; assist the Executive Director of Recruiting and the Recruiting Coordinator with communication efforts with prospective student-athletes and their families as they plan to visit campus; build relationships with fellow Division of Athletic employees that are involved in the process of recruiting prospective student-athletes; prepare film on prospective student-athletes and clip it to highlight abilities/skills that coaches will then use to make an evaluation; attend meetings related to coaching activities which include game analysis and review of game film; assist the coaches with recruiting travel and the reconciliation process of travel expenses; assist with the travel logistics for all official recruiting visits; assist in overseeing the student staff working all on-campus visits; and any other program duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach and the Executive Director of Recruiting for Football.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of the correct application of NCAA regulations.
- Strong commitment to the academic goals of the University.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and public relations skills.
- Experience working with a Division I football program.
- Student-athlete experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Possesses coaching and student-athlete development philosophies consistent with that of the Division of Athletics and its football program.
