[B]PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - [/B]Three years of video services coordinator experience for a FBS or FCS football program, including managing the football video services unit; demonstrated experience with XOS video software; supervision of students or other staff who assist with football video services; demonstrated experience supporting coaches in practice preparation, game plan preparation, and developing student-athletes through video analysis; and possession of coaching and student-athlete development philosophies consistent with that of the Division of Athletics and its football program.[/SIZE] [/QUOTE]
