[B]PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS [/B] Two to four years of experience at an NCAA Division I institution; prior leadership experience of direct oversight or management of a creative team and student interns; working knowledge of videography production; proficiency in animation/motion graphics such as Adobe After Effects; experience with web design including HTML and CSS; two years of experience in the area of on-campus recruiting at an NCAA Division I institution.
