I love Randy's comment about having players who really care. They're so competitive it just tears them up inside when they can't get out on the field. My son plays college football and he's always been like that. Ultra-competitive. Years ago, we had our share of tears and kicked over garbage cans when he was taken out of a game. He's matured since then, but he still has the same passion.
