The guy followed up a six point, eleven rebound (in 18 minutes) performance in his first game with the Bucks with a 6 point, 10 rebound (in 24 minutes) tonight. The Bucks are a +20 with him on the floor in those games.

I know it sucks that a lot of our alumni are stuck on bad teams (especially veterans like Caron), but in the case of a guy like Jeff, playing on the worst team in the league is unquestionably a good thing. He's about the furthest thing from a conventional NBA power forward, but he does have one borderline elite NBA skill - rebounding. It isn't out of the question that he could morph into a Reggie Evans type player, and there is no player in the league I'm rooting for harder. Don't be surprised to see him on the coaching staff one day.

Yea but Caron wants to be in Milwaukee

Paul Silas would come off the bench and provide rebounding strength on those great Celtic teams. Silas was also undersized for a PF (about 6'6"). Great to see a hard worker like Jeff have success in the NBA.

He's an even less conventional center, where Charlotte was playing him. They use the 4 (McRoberts, Zeller) in the hi post as a shooter/passer. Jefferson, Biyombo and Adrien have been playing the 5 (there were brief stretches of the year when Adrien moved ahead of Biyombo in the rotation and backed up Jefferson).

Adrian also possesses a better offensive feel than Evans , happy for him.
