not even sure why he's doing it, I've seen much worse cases of guys needing enhancements to cover up balding, his hair is mostly fine. I also don't even get putting that in your hair when you're going to sweat like crazy playing ball.

Yes, a rule. The league has all sorts of rules as to what's allowed on the court. This dude shouldn't be allowed to mark up players all the time because he doesn't want to shave his head or he has a shoe polish fetish. This isn't Jackie Moon playing for the Flint Tropics, it's the NBA.

Anyone with no hair who goes for the spray hair option is even more of a coward than those who won't go for the hair transplant. Not exactly sure what it's called, but there's also micro tattooing that fills in hairlines. If pain isn't a factor, 5,000 ink filled needles will fill in your missing hairline.
