Waited 13 years for Jay Electronica to drop. I was happy with the release. Nothing against Jay-Z but really wish this would have been more Jay Electronica and less Jay-Z verses. Strange how many of the songs that were supposed to be on Act II were missing. Could it be Act II has actually been released by all the "leaks" over the years and Jay Electronica really is a magician?
