There's not much out there about the actual game, but it appears Mitchell was injured at the end of the game.

10:49 p.m.: UConn Huskies linebacker Jackson Mitchell goes down on the field with an apparent injury and walks to the sideline. Mitchell was a force for the Huskies defense, finishing out the 2023 season with 113 total tackles (56 solo), 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery and 1 interception.

I watched some of it; he didn't have his best game. On a couple of plays, he couldn't get off blocks and looked lost in coverage.
