That's what he does well and he's trying to assert himself from 3 when that's simply not his strength and he has a decent team around him now with better options. Also, he's never been a natural leader and almost faces that expectation of being a leader which makes him force things more. While he's gifted offensively, he still is uncomfortable in this offense and doesn't know when to assert himself. [/QUOTE]
