National Bank of Egypt? Seriously though, it will yes IMO, but theres a ton of variables to account for over the next several years. Possible player stipends, NBAD future growth and development, possible rearranging of NBA draft age restrictions will all be on the table and come into play. Right now the biggest thing that people are looking at IMO, is the loss of players to Europe. Its a small but growing trend, and if Americans cant either play here, or make money off of it, its a problem. Personally I think NCAA D1, NBAD, and NBA all look pretty different in 10yrs.
