1) retroactive legislation entrapping a school
2) double jeopardy, using their retroactive legislation to punish us again for a violation they've already punished us for
3) failure to use most recent data, which is absolutely indefensible in light of the fact that passed a law retroactively and entrapped us. There should be some sort of phase in period.
4) does anyone else really believe none of the other schools have issues with their APR measurement? that self-reporting stuff is simply not a reliable standard
5) the school will suffer financially for their reckless management
time to legal up and expose the scumbags for what they are as we clear our name
