This is the time of year we all talk about getting together and beating the crap out of some poor, misfortunate golf course, en-mass.
The good news is that, seeing as how almost no one really even wanted to play golf, last season, we won't have to re-do too much stuff, since this is still going to be BYC-X.... (And there is a better than average chance that we will be trolling for interest for BYC-X, next year, too...)
Still, it is the only time I ever play or have played golf, so each year it is like my first time, all over again.
And since so much effort went into developing consensus, last year (and we did achieve a pretty good amount of consensus...in the end, the overall consensus was that pretty much everybody had something better to do that weekend) so this year I am thinking that if we try a more command and control approach (as opposed to consensus based), that we can have at least as much success as last year.
How about June 16th at Donny Marshall's golf club in Willimantic?
