Seems highly unusual compared to my memories of the past.

I don't much like it.

?Several? days into the semester? As in the 3rd day?

The "team" can't start practice yet. Pickup games (without coaches) and possibly individual workouts is all that's going on (besides actual "school"). What's there to report? Geez, let them settle back into school for a couple weeks before you get all antsy.

instead of counting on my faulty memory, I went back to August/Early Sept of 2016 (Olympic Year) and found nada...similar to this season.

Reminder: Both Pheesa and Megan worked out with Alex Bazzel this summer. Megan also worked out with Barbara Turner. The last photo I saw made Meg look like Dwight Howard.

We are all simply over-anxious to have news of this year's team. The off season drags on and on.

But the NFL is beginning and college football has started. Soon, the lady huskies will be back a work. Patience is difficult in a world where innocent and measured distractions are few.
