Jasudowich originally committed to Boston College last summer, but switched his commitment in November. The North Branford native is looking forward to becoming a Husky.

"It's great. I grew up watching them," he said by phone on Wednesday as he was traveling home. "When I was a little kid I never thought I could play for UConn. I'm going to wear that 'C' and represent my home state of Connecticut."
