I take those quotes at face value, but I also recognize NIL capabilities play such a significant role for a Top 30 player’s decision. I know UConn is working overtime to get better in that critical area.

Tyrese Martin, the only draftee from the Big East in 2022, and James Bouknight both gained a lot more than what this guy will get from NIL money by picking a school and coaching staff that prepared them for a career of earnings......not one or two years.
