we should beat out The five are San Diego State, UNLV, Washington, but FL has been popular with the guards. He seems like a kid who would do well under calhoun/ollie.. was marcus williams connected to his father

I assume when you mention his brother you're referring to Isaac's older brother Jordan. Isaac also has a younger brother (Daniel) who happens to be a 4-star in the class of '14. The two are expected to be a package deal. Here's an article I did with Daniel Hamilton:

Isaac Hamilton is a stud to me. However I have heard him say he doesn't wanna go far from his home so it will be interesting to see how this works out.

It depends what he's looking for. If he's looking for the most elite basketball school, then he'd come here, but if he's looking for a good semi-local school, then he'll probably go to San Diego State, UNLV, or Washington. I think we definitely have a chance with him though.
