And remember Interstate 86 that was supposed to go parallel to Route 44? It got stopped dead in its tracks due to, I believe, a turtle nesting area.  Good luck getting around the environmental and logistical problems not to mention how enjoyable the lawsuits will be when the State uses eminent domain to claim property to widen the roads for the football team
