everyone has been tweeting and speculating about UNC getting an offer to the Big10.
Has that been shot down now?

Really expected something to happen... I'm getting tired of seeing 'drop the fb program now' thread at or near the top...

Seems to be some confusion. So it's clear, I've reported nothing to the effect that UNC is Big 10-bound; just that Big 10 wants the Heels.

As has been said before, the SEC and the B1G are fighting over UNC (and Duke). This is a pivotal battle that will determine our future. Gotta hope UNC goes to the SEC.​

There won't be anything official until its just about a done deal. Not holding my breath, but confident something will break before next football season. I'm sure most conferences have a gag order on their schools.

Nothing will happen until the SEC makes a move, I might be wrong, but I believe that acc teams are united and going to stick together. Maryland was an anomaly. UNC is not going to the 10, they'll jump in a heartbeat to the SEC if offered.

WVU sits alone on an island with no local rival and the big 12 looks like it's not going to do anything for the moment. We'll have to make hay in the new conference. Warde better start improving the OOC schedule and take whatever we can get, it will be tough to schedule home at home.
