Is there a timeline/deadline to Westbrook's waiver appeal?

The process seems very unfair to the student athlete/team. The season has already started! You would think that if appeals are part of the waiver process, this should have happened a lot sooner.

I’m in agreement with “let them all play or let them all sit a year”. It’s very unfair to the student athlete.
