I'm logged in & have selected the event, but there's nothing in the player. Reloading & hitting the play button don't help.

Doesn't matter if I use Firefox or IE...

That's the one. Just sits there like a lump. And I just re-installed Flash 11.4 just in case...

Try going to live events and hitting the video symbol.

I had the same problem. I ended up going into my History and clicking on the link for when I first started HuskyVision. Somehow it works. I'm not going to close it and risk losing it. Have GameTracker in another tab.

Nope. Neither Audio nor video. I've opened a case, let's see what support is like...

After your message, I checked on SNY, since I don't want a repeat of tonite's debacle. It will not play videos in Firefox for me, but Internet Explorer worked just fine.

Interesting - I use Firefox exclusively and had no issues with Huskyvision this evening.

So I missed the second half last night and am trying to watch the archive...it's just audio? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Only audio appears to be available right now. The video might be available later since the video of the men's game is available.

Yep same here. the icon in the corner shows only a speaker not a video player. Don't know why the video would not be available after I just paid them 9.95$.

Super annoying!!! 9.95 for two games and they can't even archive it? The press conference is up.

Here is what those horse thieves said in response to my complaint:

College Sports Fan,

Thank you for your inquiry. I understand that you were experiencing a "loading" screen without the content ever starting. If you are watching a clip in the "Live Events" section, please be sure you are watching during the "Live" time. If you are watching before or after that time, there will not be a signal available. The "loading" icon is displayed while the site attempts to deliver the streaming content from that event. If we are experiencing technical issues, then you will have a perpetual "loading" icon while the player anticipates the feed. If the school decides to archive the event, then we will provide a link to it in the "Recent Events". If you are not finding a specific event, we encourage you to report it to us through this Help Center or you can us our live event support line, 1-800-781-9444 – option 1, this line is available 8am-12am EST. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sounds like UConn have not requested that the event get achieved (?) THIS SUCKS!!

JRRRJ - Did you get a response??

The only response I've gotten to this point is a message saying a case has been opened, with a case number.

Useless crap. They state the player will not work until the event starts -- that's expected -- then don't respond in anything like real-time when the player doesn't work while the event is on...so you have no hope of seeing the event.

You'd think a corporation built on broadcast technology could at least copy code from someone who has it working properly instead of building their own code that operates excrably.

Both men's exhibition games, including yesterday's game, are archived and available for viewing. The women's game is not.

GAH this is so annoying. Why on earth would they just archive the audio and not the visual? Doesn't make any sense. Is there anyone at UConn that we can write to?
