Havent been impressed with the cupcake wins, way too much sloppiness and lack of focus during stretches of these games.

I think the KenPom spread was 18...we won by 22. UCF only beat them by 13. I think the team has shown progression over the first two months and we have come a long way since the St Joe’s game. We may lose at Cincy, it seems like we always play terrible in our conference openers going back years. Bottom line, we are a post season team, snd the NCAA Tournament is a real possibility.

UConn could have laid waste to several of the cupcakes this year but Hurley intentionally has been trying to work rotations and get game time for his bench players.
The previous 3-4 years, these games were 10 points games with starters all playing over 30 mpg.
If Hurley wanted to win this game by 40, he could have done it no problem. Last 8 minutes of the game was an open practice for the fans to watch.
