It definitely is my firewall blocking the Leach Field, and I can't seem to turn access back on. It appears that there was a software update to my modem in the last few days that locked me out of parental controls in the modem.

I can only get on with cellular. Can no longer access with wifi.

Try now. It's on a shared server and some ips are blacklisted.
