Just Kidding. I know he's too small to be a D1 Running Back.

31 5'10'' 184 lbs

43 5'8" 166 lbs

or he could be Terry Caulley and we'll never know it because he will never play the position.

RUSHING: Massachusetts-BURNS, Chris 11-17; DOYLE,A.J. 1-4; SMITH, Jamar 1-2; COX,Michael 5-minus 4; BROADNAX,Jordan 2-minus 8; WEGZYN,Mike 4-minus 8. Connecticut-McCOMBS, Lyle 23-82; Williams, Nick 3-24; DeLorenzo, Max 4-22; McCUMMINGS, Sc. 7-13; HYPPOLITE, Mar. 3-5; WHITMER, Chan. 2-4; TEAM 1-minus 3.

What in the heck is the point of this thread? He is a WR.

So you're comparing running WR reverse plays to RB dives? Were you drunk when you typed this or just clueless about football?

If we learned anything it's that DeLorenzo should probably be number 2 behind McCombs and ahead of Hyppolite.

Pretty sure metsfan is half joking here ... or is he half serious???

Yes, "if we learned anything." Too small a sample size but Max had some moments, didn't he?

He could be one of the best all around football players on the team. There is not much that he doesn't do well ( is that a double negative?? LOL)

He is the best playmaker on the team period. Its not really debatable to anyone who has watched the past three seasons. Maybe thats his position "Playmaker".

Kind of reminds me of how the Gators used Harvin. They both are WRs, but you have to find creative ways to get them the ball.

Nick Williams is an NFL player in my opinion.

He definitely will get a shot. Larry Taylor got a shot and Nick is the better player. At the very least he could be a star in the CFL.

Best UCONN playmakers since 2002 in order of appearance (not counting QB's):

Caulley
D. Brown
Easley
Dixon
Todman
Nick Williams

Williams deserves to be grouped with our very best.
