I think you just click the persons name and not the recruiting words... clicking that takes you to hw entire recruiting page.... I think

To explain, the "2019 Recruiting" part is a tag. Clicking on the tag filters out any posts without that tag. Further clicking on "2019 Recruiting" once it has been filtered already literally does nothing but refreshes.
