Iowa State just took a one point lead. I actually hope Iowa State wins. They play Iowa next week. I don't want an 0-2 team coming to the Rent.

None of our OOC opponents are very good and I don't think that's much of a secret. Anything less than 4-1 will pretty much signal to me that this team isn't going to win many games in the Big East. 4-1 will have me expecting maybe a 4-3 conference record. 5-0 and I will be hopeful that we win 5 or more in conference.
Is this a 10 win team? Probably not. Is this the easiest schedule we have had in recent years? Probably.
And for the record, I think the OOC schedule is bad enough that we could easily see this team start 5-0 and finish in the middle of the Big East. A flawless OOC record doesn't prove much, but a bad OOC record proves a whole lot in a very negative way.
