Thank you for posting this interview. OSU is blessed to have this man as their head coach. These girls have confidence all on their own, but this coach brings extra confidence to this team during the game. It is because of this coach that OSU squad doesn't loose it when nothing seems to be going right during stretches of the game. These kids now recognize that there are periods of the game when the other team reasserts themselves, like a boxing match where you take a few extra body blows. That is what gives OSU fans a glimmer of hope that OSU squad can give UCONN a game. Nobody at OSU (fans, team, etc.) will be surprised if UCONN wins, but they also wouldn't be surprised if OSU gives UCONN all they can handle.

Really like this coach - he is definitely a keeper. And congratulations to the search committee for finding this guy and giving him the keys to the car and enough petrol to get it to Indy! That took some guts to go down two levels to DIII even with a program in total meltdown before he arrived.
