Eh, he sounds to much like a BYU homer to be seen as an objective source. Good get on the interview though. Definitely an interesting listen, even if a sales job for BYU.

When I was a kid we had a realtor in Tahoe City named Dick Read who had a large sign in front of his office that said "Dick Read Realty". I can't tell you how many times we cut out a big "H" and taped it over the "R" in Read. I'm 46 and it still makes me laugh.
