All foreigners who were born in 1999 and have not enrolled in an American college (or presumably Simon Fraser) will be eligible for selection in the 2019 Draft. Any such players not selected will be free agents after the draft. Like last year's draft, there are several players who are in contention to be selected and you never know which slightly deeper prospect will get picked right at the end.
