"One of the reasons I took the captain thing so seriously is because I knew coach Pasqualoni knew exactly what he was talking about," Wreh-Wilson said. "He had a plan for us and unfortunately it didn't go as planned, but guys who followed and listened to him, they reaped the benefits."

These sorts of comments are why I was initially positive on the Coach P hire... maybe I placed too much emphasis on this aspect.

Here's to hoping that Coach Weist cures our woes on offense.

There are a lot of things that I like about how P is trying to build the program. The wins and losses aren't one of em. I like his emphasis on recruiting CT, and the northeast/nyc/ny state area.

There were many times this year when we didn't make plays but were in position to do so.We all know the D left alot of picks bouncing on the turf but I'm refering to the offense. Temple kicking woes, Rutgers pass to Griffin in the 1st Q and then the goal line fiasco, Lyle dropping McCummings pass(can't remember the game), goaline pick against WMU. Too many offensive lineman penalties with a fragile offense killing drives adds up to 5-7. It's like the Louisville game in 2011 with all the dropped passes. You have to make the plays to win.
