Game safely in the Sun's hands.

Oh. crap. Should not have said this.

Fever coming back. 14-0 run. 72-62 with 2' left in 3Q

Ok. back up to 21 pt lead 91-70 with 6' left in 4Q

Oh Crap 2. Second I say ok, Fever go on 8-0 run.:mad::mad::mad:
Will not say anything good anymore

Ok. we won and broke the 100 barrier. 101-89. Vivians was incredible though. Career high 25 pts. 5-8 from 3 and 10-14 overall. Her mannerisms are so calm. Pretty cool customer

Saw halftime interview with Morgan Tuck

Highlights include:

1) She has a great work out regimen that is keeping her feeling good. Pain free and strong. Explains her better efficiency numbers.
2) Her role is more and more on the perimeter so she is working hard on getting better outside. Says she must improve on getting her outside shot off screens which is not natural unlike her post moves which are natural and like the back of her hand.
3) Her time in China was interesting. She played on the outside alot in China and that helped her;
4) Toughest thing to get used to in China is that everyone eats out of a communal bowl and "Germs " :)

Vivians has a quick release and can get open and hit contested shots. She doesn’t really jump but still gets her shot off without any trouble

Banham has officially woken up.

No AT again, and I really doubt she will be 100% for a very long time. Watching her on the bench, its obvious that she's guarding that shoulder, and that it is still a major issue.

Trying to remain positive in the face of that and this ridiculous schedule... JJ looked much better last night. More than the 3 point shooting, her timing under the basket and ability to avoid foul trouble were encouraging. I know this was accomplished against the worst team in the league with an undersized front court, but just 3 days ago she had 0 points, picked up some bad fouls and was generally a mess against this same team. Especially considering AT's situation, a dominant JJ is a requirement for this team to reach, and be successful in, the post season.

Chiney continues to be an awkward-looking scoring and rebounding machine. But again, she should put up big numbers against the Fever. Very helpful last night was that the refs weren't calling every Chiney touch and bump a foul. She had been very vocal about inconsistent reffing recently.

Amusing sidenote, Courtney tied up 6'1" Vivians and got a jump ball call. There was a little buzz in the crowd in anticipation, and as expected, Courtney popped up like an infield fly and out-jumped Vivians by about a foot. That kid is fun to watch.

Courtney looks frail but she doesn’t play like it. Her burst , speed, explosion and leaping more than override her frame. She’s a terrific rebounding guard too.

Courtney would do well for herself to work on getting on a general strength and conditioning workout program. Her style of play puts a lot of stress on the body, and she takes some pretty big hits on screens and drives. I understand she does not like to workout if it doesn't involve actually playing basketball. That might catch up with her someday.
