We can't defend them or score off them. Love Ollie but he needs to draw up some new inbounds plays and guys have to know if they are switching or not when they defend them
 
The team has been consistently beat against the inbound pick play
 
It always DHam that gets blocked leaves the guys open. I would put him on the inbounder so he doesn't have to make a switch.
