Surely, plenty of coaches out there would disagree. According to David Cutcliffe (who has a wealth of experience to draw on during a career where he’s consistently done things the right way) in order for a coach to come in and build things the right way, it takes two things. “It takes time. It takes patience. The two things no one has these days.”<<

Time and patience and doing it "the right way" are important. But you want to see signs. For whatever reason I've watched about 5 Wyoming games the last two years. They were 2-10, last year but the QB last year had accuracy issues big time. I couldn't even tell you if it's the same kid this year, but the play has improved. What you didn't see when you watched them play are the clock issues. Sadly we hired a guy who is going through on the job training at the fbs level, and it shows.

If you know you hired a lemon, it's best to move IF you could afford it. We can't so we trudge along, switching OC, and hoping to catch lightning in a bottle.

Since we can't get Kiffin, maybe we can get Diaco an internship w/ Saban?
