Remember when Maryland voted against increasing the exit fee for leaving the ACC to $50 large? And the university chancellor said something like "it's not about the money -- it's about the principal?"

College athletics is now no different than pro athletics. Whenever anyone tells you it's not about the money, you can bet your last dollar that it's about the money.
