You would think the committee would try and leverage that to continue to grow the game. Especially since SC was seeded ahead of Texas and logistics have hurt their fan base being able to see them in the recent past. It was embarrassing, as someone who tries to promote the women's game to others who scoff at it, the lack of fans at the regional finals last year in Stockton and in the region Baylor played in.
