my 1,000th post to congratulate the UConn Women on their 12th National Championship but the basketball gods decided otherwise. It has been a great season and a stark confirmation of what Geno always says, "it's really, really, hard to win a NC". Can't wait to see next year's team begin the quest for number 12.
