...an inside look into his life...would be cool to watch...

They usually dont do a documentary on someones life until that person has passed, I watched one on recently HBO on the life of Vince Lombardi

Let Jim Calhoun be the first to break the trend! I bet the documentary on Lombardi was awesome!

That would be cool. I'd also love to see a compliation of the favorite JC moments for fans. Right up at the top of my list is the "Not a dime" comment as well as the question to Krayeske "Are you really that stupid?"... And who could forget the reply to the reporter asking (for the 1,000th time) about missing out on Ryan Gomes?

Something maybe like bill belichicks "a football life" would be cool top

Would like the old boston games against calhoun and rick P

Isnt someone doing one scheduled to release in January? Believe he was interviewing former UConn players this week

It was mentioned in the Don Amore article about Ollie wanting to "outlast the rest."

"Many of the celebrities and former UConn Huskies are being interviewed on camera by filmmaker Chris Martens, who is making a documentary on Calhoun which he hopes to air early in 2014."

Espn should do a special. Guy built a dynasty in the woods of Connecticut. They ball wash calipari and Saban for what they do at the most storied institutions for their sport. JC may be a little cranky and blunt; but so is Bob Knight and they choose to ignore his negative qualities.

HCJC will have to be on late night premium channel. After you put the kids to sleep. He wasn't one to hold back an "F" bomb if you know what I mean!

The ultimate love -hate story. Husky fans loved how his teams played so hard, the same reason other fans hated to see the Husky's coming.

is that you Mike? love your work on Knicks/NBA broadcasts!

My favorite Calhoun story comes from his first or second year at Connecticut. The AD (that would be Toner, I think ) comes to him and tells him that the player parents who were seated behind the UConn bench were offended by the language he used during the games. The AD asked if Jim could do anything about it and Calhoun replied "No problem, I'll take care of it" to the grateful AD. The next game the parents' seats were moved to the opposite side of the arena.
