To be fair that refing was god aweful... Very bias IMO and it needs to be looked into. Maybe Im being a delusional fan but it really feels like the NCAA is bending this program over. Other than that this program is in some deep and I mean deep doo doo if Ollie take the reigns. Blame it on lack of floor leadership all you want but this team doesn't get blown out by 30 .. It doesn't let 5 pt games become 20 pt games under Calhoun. Some real fundamentals seem to be lacking on the court. Granted the team played better but it was usually followed by lazy defense and rebounding. There was no defensive presence in the paint... Give up the 3 here n there but don't get owned in the paint and if they do drive and your going to get called for the foul take the mother ^%#*^ers out hard.

Calhoun coached the Georgetown game and it was probably our worst game of the year. Granted, he was in pain but my point is that it is up to the players this year.

I agree because we have an excellent coaching staff up and down the line so it really is hard to believe that the players have not been coached properly even with Calhoun gone. Youth is to blame also.

I'm not sure how anybody can say this after watch Drummond take several fall away, no-chance jumpers against a team whose biggest guy was several inches of height and about a foot of reach shorter than him. I just don't know.

I'm an awful coach, and an idiot, but under no circumstances would I ever allow Drummond to keep shooting a shot that is 1. Fundamentally awful, 2. Easy to defend, and 3. Falling at a rate of, about, 5%. He is not going to shoot his way out of this slump.

He has the green light because to grow as a player he has to learn hit a 5foot shot. I'm sure they work on it in practice and I'm sure he makes 50 per cent, but it hasn't translated yet, he's a freshman.

4. Killing momentum
5. Killing his attitude towards winning
6. Erin Andrews is bangin

The refs did not help us, we prob would have lost anyway. Kinda interesting though Mr. Beaver who I believe called the tech on Bwright was working his FOURTH BE game of the year!!!!!!!!!! The tech occurred when we pulled within 4 and led to a 5 point play. Stat sheet dot com list the Horizon League and the MAAC as his prin cipal conferences:(

He said something to bait the Marquette player and the ref was 5' away. According to Doris Burke, the NCAA sent a memo to the refs and told them to crack down on stuff like that.Obviously, Ryan didn't get the memo.

I think the memo came out after the X-Cincy brawl. Burke made it sound like they told Beaver before the game NO TAUNTING!!!!!!! Let's not ignore the real Question ----- why was Beaver assigned to this gsme????????????
