I might end up having to go to a scalper tomorrow outside Gampel. Im gunna offer face value, and if he doesn't accept it and wants more, I'm finding the nearest police officer and getting him arrested.

Let us know how that goes. In other words, does the cop give you a little smile and a chuckle and tells you to move along....or does he give a full belly laugh and point at you as he laughs?!
