I don't know why I didn't get this. I even went onto the UConn tickets page and set my preferences to receive email alerts (I think I previously disabled them). so I'm not sure how i got off the list. Anybody have any ideas?

That should be read to the players too considering the confounding turn of events and emotional turmoil they must be going through right now.

You have nothing to be dismissive about with your verbal and written abilities the last couple of days.

As far as I'm concerned, you communication is among the best.....even when hoarse.

In these difficult and trying times, as a fan I thank you for your dedication to the school, fans, and most importantly, the student athletes.

I received, but have a question for you... have you ever clicked the link to stop recieving mails?

I did that recently for a site I manage, as a test and can't catch a *&@)*R( mail from it now. I am thinking of re-registering myself to get the mails again..

Didn't get the email either and I'm signed up to get alerts. Checked junk mail too. The university needs to do a better job staying connected to its fan base, now more than ever. I did see the message on Facebook though.

God... Are those Facebook comments painful to read or what. Thems people don't even try to hide their identity and cluelessness.
 
I got the e-mail but it was empty. Just two broken image icons, which prior to Tuesday is how I felt about the program.

Same here - I did not get it. Checked my spam, and logged in the check my ticket account to make sure the email address was correct. I don't know WTF they are doing over there in the ticket office with people's contact info. This has been going on for over a year now for both basketball and football - very very annoying.

I'm thinking at some point I hit "don't send me more" and now I'm on some sort of blacklist. Not sure how to get off. It's pretty annoying, though.

I'm poking around the "my account" section - can't see anything about email preferences there. My email addess is 100% correct though.

I was going through this for a while. I was using my work email and my company was filtering it out before it even got to a Spam folder or my Inbox.....I had to approve the sender as legit and then they started letting them back in.

if thats not your case, Im not sure...maybe set up a secondary gmail account and change it with UConn

Call Marketing directly and ask them

Just a hypothesis, but they use an outside email marketer, and the outside marketer may not get an updated list of emails all that frequently.

Could be. I think with the next season ticket drives maybe they should have everyone just reverify thier contact info and preferences, kind of like a doctor's office will do occassionally. I don't care as much when it comes to letters like these, but I do care when I almost miss the basketball priority deadline.
