Actually, that is not true as Yankee fans are EVERYWHERE. They are best selling brand name in all sports, #2 in Montreal Canadians #3. Dallas Cowboys. So people outside of NY are buying the Yankees just like people outside of Connecticut love the UCONN Husky's. While in Seattle the number of local UCONN fans was pretty impressive.
