In an earlier post, in response to something about playing your “A” game, I mentioned that if we shot 45+% from three and Baylor shot 30% or less we would win. In a game decided by two points we shot 47% from three, Baylor 22%. If Baylor made one more three they would have shot 33%; if UConn had made one less three we would have shot 41%. With either scenario and all other things being equal Baylor wins instead.

If they shot and made one more, yes. If they had made one more of the shots they already took it would be 3/9 = 33%.

Good work digger. I said to my wife as the game progressed I thought Paige would have to score 30 for us to win. So she scored 28 and it was “close” to say the least.
