Tagliabue was reportedly paid a lot of money by the Big East for his consulting services last year. He was widely credited with two major moves for the Big East:
1) Invite TCU to the conference
2) Reject the ESPN contract offer and wait for the bigger offer from Comcast/NBC in 2012

I guess he will not be putting his work with the Big East on his consultant client list for references!
Who knows...maybe he was just a double agent for Swofford and the ACC!
