I was on the Duquesne WBB site and saw a comment about UCONN starting a home and home series with Duquesne in 2017. Is that happening?

I was on the Duquesne WBB site and saw a comment about UCONN starting a home and home series with Duquesne in 2017. Is that happening?

The Dukes coach also mentioned something similar to that during the NCAA tourney. What was stated at that time was that Duquesnes was trying to get a deal to play UConn in Canada in 2017-2018 season as a home coming game for Kia. At that point in time nothing was finalized but the HC was pretty certain a game was going to happen.

Great for WCBB for both countries, for both programs, and for Kia and her relatives.

I hope the Canada game works out - I believe they need to get an NCAA waver to play outside the US - the same is required for the holiday tournaments (the tournament has to apply to be 'sanctioned' I believe and once that happens the schools don't have to apply individually. Dukes have a few Canadian players so it would be very neat for both teams.
