When you're posting something look up at the icons on top. There is one called "Media" to the right of "GIF" and to the left of " (Quote). Click on it. Paste the URL of the tweet in the box and then press "Continue". Like this:

Or if you don't want to take all those steps just change the x.com to twitter.com when you copy and paste

Hooper I appreciate your work on the front, but it wont matter, for the rest of the year until Tom runs a board update after the underlying code deems it wise to have one, it will look like, to regretfully quote George Steinbrenner (I'm a sox fan!), " a monkey trying to ephuck a football" on here. But keep at it!

At about the 35 minute mark Hurley basically says Castle is starting. I know there was some discussion previously about Hurley not disclosing that as a way to motivate not only Castle, but the other guys vying for playing time. I also know just about everyone knew Castle would be starting, no matter what Hurley did or didn't say.

Fully expected. Meanwhile he elevated Hass into a top leader type roll , and showed Steph that you have to earn it here........ I mean at the casino we call those bets "easy money"

I still think he “earned it.” Hurley has made it clear he knew 4/5 starters were locks because they’re proven at this level, but needed Castle to live up to the hype if he was gonna be the last guy. It’s great for everyone that Castle seemingly has been as advertised and will start.

That's wild. If he shoots 40+% with his athletic/measurement profile he could go one and done.

True but I don't think so. And he absolutely could. He's been pretty much the most unexpectedly ( not to sell him short, he is a stud recruit, Im talking in team scheme) impressive player through the whole preseason. Kid gets after it. Let's put it this way, if Solo is one and done (and it definitely isn't impossible ) that will be be a nice problem to have because of what that means this year. UConn fans are going to fall in love with him 10 days into regular season. I think we get a second year out of him, but its going to be close.

The amount of hype Solos shooting has generated this off-season is very encouraging. He’s gonna be hard to keep off the floor if he even approaches 40%.

If you were right, #6 coming to Storrs is all over but the shouting. Our bench consisting of Hassan, Solo, Ross, Stewie and Johnson is too much for the rest of country.

Agree. When I heard about him in HS, I was thrilled that we were finally bringing in a physical, fast, athletic guard. They give us problems on the opposite side, and the NBA loves them....if they can shoot (or pass). Solo actually hitting 3's at a high rate would be a major development. Dwayne Wade like. So excited to see him play.

He is hard to keep off floor with 35% 3 point shooting. He's a bull. On both ends.
The utility he’d bring shooting 35% off our bench would raise our ceiling back to top contender status.

In my previous post I forgot to add Hurley's comments about Castle being a defensive stopper. That is as unexpected a comment as Solo being a high percentage shooter from deep. I thought that would be a weaker point in his game. Also forgot that Donovan is out of his boot for part of each day. That sounds promising.

if Solo is so good he ends up starting and pushing Castle to the bench, our ceiling is that much higher
