If you look at last years scatterplot, it is a wild arc of performance level. Now, even the games we lose, we are clustered on the top 1/3 of the chart in game score. To me, this reflects the fact that, as people say, the culture is there. There is no giving in, no blowouts, no easy bucket with this team. And it shows in the data. 4. In quality games this year we are 5-8 compared to 1-12 last year... and in close games we are 3-6 compared to 1-6. Both are huge to our record improvement. 5. Am fascinated to see the progress next year as we get more offensive talent and athleticism to add to this crew.
